I started TKE Consulting because I’ve lived the grind and I know what works. My journey and success began at the hardest level: cold-call telemarketing. No shortcuts, no safety nets, just a phone, a goal, and grit. Over the years, I unintentionally climbed the ladder earning leadership roles within prestigious organizations. Eventually becoming Director at respected companies where I led teams, drove revenue, and built winning strategies from the ground up. Helping businesses grow from six to seven figures by applying proven strategies that scale revenue, streamline operations, and drive sustainable and long-term growth.

My experience also runs deep in the world of events and venues. I started as a freelance event assistant on the ground, handling setup, check-ins, last-minute fixes, and learning every detail that makes an event run. Over time becoming a Director, where I led teams and oversaw more than 200 high-level events. From planning and execution to hosting and venue management, I’ve directed every phase of event production for Fortune 500 companies and high-profile clients, always with precision and impact.

But beyond titles and results, I’ve always shown up with intention. Giving 100% in every role and leading teams with purpose. Over the years, I developed a blueprint for growth that’s been proven time and time again across different industries, teams, and business models. It’s not theory, it’s lived experience. I created TKE Consulting to open that blueprint to more people. What once spread quietly through referrals is now a dedicated space to support those ready to grow with strategy, clarity, and real momentum.
