To get the most value from TKE Consulting, Steps 1 through 3 are recommended as your starting point. These steps help you get clear on where you are, where you want to go, and how to get there.
Step 1: Initial Consultation
Before any services begin, we start with an initial consultation. This is a one-on-one session to know your business or idea, understand your goals, and determine how/if we can support your growth.
Step 2: Business Deep Dive
Following the consultation, an evaluation is conducted and based on the information gathered. This allows a deeper look at your business or idea and determines where you stand in terms of strategy, systems, and readiness.
After the evaluation, we’ll complete a formal assessment that comes with documented findings and professional recommendations.
Step 3: Assessment & Insights
Steps 4–6 are optional and provide added support. Step 4 is where TKE delivers the most value by creating a focused plan for growth.
Step:4 THE KRYSTA EFFECT PLAN
You will have the opportunity to purchase a full strategic plan that you can either implement yourself or with the help of TKE Consulting. This plan is designed to align your operations with your goals, streamline your systems, and create intentional growth.
Step 5: Plan Activation & Implementation
Once your Krysta Effect Plan is complete, you have the option for hands-on support. If you’d like help implementing the strategy, we’ll create a custom package based on your specific needs. Whether it’s full execution, support with certain areas, or guidance through the rollout process.
STEP 6: Beyond the Blueprint
Once your strategic plan is in motion, you have the option to retain TKE Consulting on a monthly basis for continuous support, feedback, and adjustments.
